Clifford and the Big Ice Cream Mess
by Josephine Page & Norman Bridwell
illustr. by Carolyn Bracken & Steve Haefele

Emily Elizabeth was playing with her friend, Charley, whose dad owned an ice cream store at the beach. His dad left for a while, and Charley made an ice cream cone for Emily, and then for some tourists who came by, but soon the ice cream machine wouldn't turn off. Charley learned he should ask for help when he needed it.

This is a cute book in the popular Clifford series.
